Curious, you have sparked me into action. All archives are up. Every AskAdri question that has been answered is here, answered. Only one has been altered (guess!). So feel free to live your favorite Ask Adri moments again and again.

* 1. vanity: I think all blogs should reflect an appropriate amount of authorial vanity. This one is no exception.
2. big-headed: I have a large cranium and I am full of myself.
3. Cubus: A quote I love from Lolita: "So Humbert the Cubus schemed and dreamed - and the red sun of desire and decision (the two things that create a live world) rose higher and higher, while upon a succession of balconies a succession of libertines, sparkling glass in hand, toasted the bliss of past and future nights." The "Cubus" part is a pun on "incubus" and follows a line about impregnating Lolita. This somehow appeals to me.
