All right, Javi. Who is paying you to ask this? Certainly not me. But, now that you’ve asked… here’s the response. The National Poetry Slam is happening in Austin this year.

From their website: ” From August 7-11, more than 300 competitors, from 75 teams representing cities across North America, will converge on Austin to compete for performance poetry’s ultimate prize. ”

I will be there hosting and participating in the day events. I will also be a guest judge at the Erotica Slam. Too good to be true? Not at all. I am bringing a whole bunch of sexy.
