I just woke up from a nap and I have to tell you, I had an amazing dream. The Giants won the Superbowl. Don’t ask me how or why, but I firmly believe my dream to be true. So there. I’m calling it. Giants over Pats. Five point spread. I’m sticking my neck out. Who knows?

They play great on the road, everyone’s picked against them in every game in the playoffs, they’re hot, they’ll be healthier next Sunday than they have been in a long time, their front 4 can pressure the quarterback without help from blitzing linebackers, as a result the linebackers can help the depleted secondary in coverage, they played the Patriots in a tight game just three weeks ago!

    It’s not as much of a long shot as you might think. You’re not dreaming that the USA would beat Russia the night before the Miracle on Ice. You’re not dreaming about Appalachian State beating Michigan in the Big House. This is the NFL. It could happen.
