I am currently pursuing an MFA from the University of Pittsburgh in Creative Nonfiction. I am also the recipient of a BA in English Literature from Rice University in Houston, TX.

In the (recent) past, I have written educational materials, articles for publication, and provided translation services (Spanish and French). My specialties are technical writing (I once wrote a newsletter for the pipeline industry), humor (those pipelines!), and ghost-writing humorous political satire in Spanish (Pero que tubería tan comunista!). I also have about forty theater, ballet, music, culture and art reviews to my name.

*All of my technical writing samples are owned by my former employers and cannot be posted on this public website due to intellectual property issues. That’s what happens when you are a gun for hire! Sorry. So most of the stuff on here is silly yet demonstrative of my word-smithery.
